Dave has taught hundred of people of all age. His resume includes teaching at Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.), one of the most prestigious photography schools in the world. He’s taught photography, video and video editing at the junior high and high school levels as well.

Featured here are images produced by Dave’s students. While teaching at R.I.T. Dave taught a “Reference Photography” course to 4th year painting and illustration students. The goal of the course was to teach students the skills necessary to take reference photos that could be used back in the studio to produce paintings and illustrations. The images featured here that are not photographs were done by students taking reference photos and producing portfolio pieces from the reference photos.
